Any items purchased can be returned by initiating a return request within 7 days of return window.
Refund/replacement on return is applicable only if the request is raised within 7 business days from the order delivered.
The items returned should consists of price tag.
We always try to get the pick-up done at the earliest. However, based on the pin codes and courier partner assignment, the pick-up timeline may vary from 3-5 days.
We initiates refunds once the product gets picked up and the quality check is done.
